Coast Guard finds source of oil spill in Charleston Harbor

The Coast Guard has identified the source of the oil spill that affected Charleston-area beaches with tar balls and oil debris. The spill has been traced back to the 600-foot cargo vessel John F.  Check out the press release for the story.
