City Fit offers 'Fit Walks'

City Fit, the gym located within Beaufort's City Loft Hotel, is offering Fit Walks every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 a.m.
- FIT Walks are led by a City FIT health specialist.
- participants will meet in the City Loft parking area @ 655AM FIT walk will begin and end in this location
- $15/person regardless of Get FIT member, or hotel guest
- beginner, intermediate, and advanced ability groups welcome
- body weight and core strengthening exercises will be added into walk for intermediate and advanced participants.
