I scream, you scream, we all scream for (cupcake) ice cream!

Maggie Moo's at Barefoot Landing will be participating in the company-wide celebration this Thursday, December 15, to give away free ice cream cupcakes.

There are many food-related holidays here in the U.S. of A, whether it be a day devoted to cupcakes or a month dedicated to the most American of sandwiches, the hamburger! I think we can all agree the sweet-themed food holidays are the best.

A little history on the cupcake via

For many years, cupcakes were known as one-two-three-four cakes because of their recipe: one cup of butter, two cups of sugar, three cups of flour, four eggs, plus one cup of milk and one spoon full of baking soda. This formula is still the traditional cupcake recipe that many people use today.

The Maggie Moo's free cupcake ice cream giveaway will from 4:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. Supplies of the free goodies are limited only one per customer -while they last.
