Proponents of a regional ferry system for commuters and tourists alike are once again looking to gauge public interest in a ferry connecting spots from Beaufort to Hilton Head to Savannah.
The Island Packet offers an update on the latest thoughts by the Sea Island Ferry Task Force; take a read here.
There will be an informational meet on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at the Hilton Head library.
